Selection stalls when the email is a capacity slogan and a phone number. Engineers can name a machine when the cup and the factory are both described. Sales can only forward what you attach.

Use the quote form. If you already know the family, link the series: FS, HSS, or LS. Mold questions go with the drawing to the tooling page so cavity pitch is not invented in the email.
Two inquiries, two outcomes
“500 ml water cup, PP, 8 million/month, 380V, Egypt” can be turned into a cavity check the same day. “Best price, high speed, food grade” cannot. The second email gets a checklist back. The first gets a model to confirm. Lead time of 35–45 working days is discussed only after that model and the mold drawing are accepted.

Can you quote from a photo of a cup?
A photo starts the conversation. A section drawing, or a sample we can cut, is what freezes cavities and depth. Expect the price to move when the drawing arrives.
How fast is a quotation?
A complete pack — drawing, resin, monthly output, voltage — is usually answered with a model and a gap list, not with a guess at cavities. Missing depth is the item that stalls us.
When does the 35–45 day lead time start?
After order confirmation and a signed mold drawing. It does not start from the first inquiry, and it does not include ocean freight.
